What is Pet Advantage Plus?
A:
Pet Advantage Plus is an affordable alternative to pet insurance. It is a Membership Savings Program that provides pet owners discounts on all pet related services when they use participating Pet Advantage Plus Providers.

How will I save money?
A:
Pet Advantage Plus has pre-negotiated discounts for it's Members from the Participating Providers in Pet Advantage Plus. When you seek services from any of the Pet Advantage Plus providers, they will give you the discount at the time of service. For most services, the discount is 20% off of the Provider's normal charge.

What is a Pet Advantage Plus Participating Provider?
A:
A Pet Advantage Plus Participating Provider is any of the pet care professionals that have agreed to provide discounts to Pet Advantage Plus Members.

What types of Pet Care Professionals participate in Pet Advantage Plus?
A:
Veterinarians, groomers, pet stores, obedience trainers, boarding & kennels, pet sitting services, pet day care and other professionals are always being added to the network.

Who are the Providers Participating in Pet Advantage Plus?
A:
You can search through a listing of the Pet Advantage Plus Providers or call (636) 220-PETS (7387) and we will send you a listing.

How will the Provider know to give me a discount at the time of service?
A:
Pet Advantage Plus Members are issued an identification card when they join. The card will list your name, your pet's name, breed and age of your pet(s). When you visit a Participating Pet Advantage Plus Provider, you simply show them your card at the time of service.

How do I get a free exam for my pet?
A:
All Pet Advantage Plus Participating Veterinarians offer a free exam to Pet Advantage Plus Members, on their first visit when they are a new client. Simply let the veterinarian office know you are a Pet Advantage Plus Member when you make your appointment, and don't forget to show them your identification card.

My pet has been treated for an existing disease this past year. Am I still eligible to receive discounts from the Pet Advantage Plus Participating Veterinarians?
A:
Absolutely. There are no restrictions to the types of services you receive from Participating Providers.
Q:
Can I use any of the Providers listed more than one time or use more than one of the Providers?
A:
Absolutely. Your Membership entitles you to use your card as often as you like at any of the Provider locations listed, for an entire year.
Q:
Will I receive discounts on pet food and supply purchases?
A:
Yes. When you visit Pet Advantage Plus Participating Pet Stores you are entitled to the Pet Advantage Plus Membership discount. You may also make your purchases on-line by visiting their web site. Pet Advantage Plus is also negotiating for discounts with online vendors as well.

I have more than one pet. Will I receive the discounts for all of my Pets?
A:
Yes. Pet Advantage Plus offers two types of Membership. One for single pet owners and another for multiple pet owners. The Multiple Pet Owner Membership is for pet owners with two or more pets. There are no additional costs for three or more pets the first year of membership.

What if my veterinarian is not participating in Pet Advantage Plus?
A:
Pet Advantage Plus is continuously adding providers to the Pet Advantage Plus Network of Participating Providers. You may use one of the participating veterinarians or choose to continue to see your veterinarian at regular price. You will still benefit from seeking the services of the other Pet Advantage Plus Participating Providers.

How much does it cost to join Pet Advantage Plus?
A:
The introductory annual Membership fee is $59.00 for single pet owning families and $79.00 for multiple pet-owning families.

How do I join?
A:
You may join online or you may call (636) 220-PETS (7387) and join over the phone. Your Membership materials and identification card will be sent to your home within 10 days.
